Who are we?
Jalise Smith, RN
Jalise is the founder and Owner of Phresh Aesthetics. With over 13 years of experience in nursing from dialysis, med-surg, post-op and cardiac care she has found her passion integrating beauty, health and wellness; healing the body inside and out. Outside of nursing traveling and exploring different food is her favorite thing to do. Being able to change the confidence of women with advance facials as become her favorite services to offer.

Michelle Carter, RN

Kala Sistrunk, NP
Kala started with pHresh Aesthetics in 2024. With over 16years of nursing experience in all areas ER, telemetry, dialysis, primary care, urgent care, corrections, addiction recovery and now aesthetics. Kala says she has fallen in love with the art of change and helping people transform any area of insecurity to a space they now love. Outside of work Kala enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors. Creating natural looking full lips has become one of Kala’s favorite services.
